How I got here.
I’ve spent over a decade in strategy, growth, and operations roles across the Asia-Pacific region. Big corporate environments, smaller founder-led businesses, and everything in between.
What I kept noticing was that the pattern was the same regardless of size: the teams that moved well had someone connecting strategy to operations to people. The ones that didn’t were stuck, usually with one person holding it all together by force of will.
That’s the problem I got drawn to. Not advising from the outside, but getting inside a business, understanding how it actually runs, and working alongside the founder to drive the things that matter.

I’m not a coach. I won’t give you abstract advice and leave you to figure out the implementation. I’m not a traditional consultant either. I don’t deliver a 50-page report and walk away.
I work with you directly. I learn your business, your people, your priorities. I sit in the conversations that matter. I help you make the decisions you’ve been putting off. And I hold the line on execution so things actually move.
Weekly sessions. Async support between sessions. We work in 90-day cycles: set priorities, execute, review.
